  • First of all, SRI SARADHA EDUCATIONAL TRUST is the legal entity. 
  • Our Trust is Registered as a public Charitable Trust on 27.11.2000 as per Indian Trust Act.
  • Main activity of the trust is Education, established the matriculation school, at Batlagundu, Dindigul District and started the school project from the academic year of 2001-2002 with 186 students.
  • Our main objective is rendering educational services exclusively for economically weaker sections of the society in the rural area, irrespective of Religion or Caste.
  • Sri Saradha Educational Trust is registered with Income Tax Department, GOI & obtain 10AA Registration as per I.T. Act.
  • Our trust has obtained the 80G exemption for donation received within India.
  • Our trust is registered under Foreign Contribution Regulations Act, FCRA Division, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, New Delhi since 2006 & renewed periodically.
  • Present validity of the FCRA certificate is till 31.10.2028.
